Welcome to Astra Lux LLC. By booking, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 
1. Scope of Services
Astra Lux LLC provides luxury transportation and related concierge services, including but not limited to chauffeur-driven vehicles, event transport, and coordination of third-party services (such as photographers).

 
2. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully before using our services.

 
3. Payments & Cancellations
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms provided at the time of booking.
By making a reservation with Astra Lux LLC (online, by phone, or by email), you acknowledge and agree to our official Cancellation Policy, which governs refunds, rescheduling, and non-refundable portions of bookings.
Chargebacks or disputes initiated outside of Astra Lux LLC’s refund process are considered a breach of these Terms.
 
4. Account Security
If login credentials or client portal access are provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify Astra Lux LLC immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

 
5. Proper Use of Services
You agree not to misuse or interfere with Astra Lux LLC’s services, including but not limited to:

Attempting to access unauthorized areas.
Disrupting or damaging systems.
Transmitting viruses, malicious code, or fraudulent information.
 
6. Service Modifications
Astra Lux LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice, when reasonably necessary.

 
7. Liability & Disclaimers
Astra Lux LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use our services.
Third-party providers (such as photographers, event vendors, etc.) are independent contractors. While Astra Lux LLC coordinates services on your behalf, we are not responsible for their performance or outcomes.
 
8. Data Collection
By using our services, you grant Astra Lux LLC the right to collect and use anonymous data for analytical and operational purposes.

 
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, along with the Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to Astra Lux LLC services must be brought exclusively in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
 
10. Acceptance of Terms
By using Astra Lux LLC’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
